BTR
Performance offers the following return policy and limited warranty
on specific products:
Return
any product in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. A 15%
restocking fee will apply. There are NO refunds on any installed product
for any reason with the exception of those products containing a
performance guarantee. BTR Performance has the right to exercise the
options of the performance guarantee in lieu of a refund on any product
that is proven to not produce advertised power levels. There is NO refund
on any blister packed items that have been removed from their packaging,
NO exceptions.
The
following warranties apply:
Sever
Duty Half Shafts carry a 90-day warranty against breakage.
Our NOS
kits carry a 90-day warranty on parts. The manufacturer may extend this
warranty period for up to 1 year.
Cylinder
heads carry a 2 year/20,000 mile warranty on parts only. BTR Performance
assumes no liability for any labor charges associated with our cylinder
head warranty.
BTR
Performance reserves the right to deny any warranty or return of any of
its products that are found to be miss-used, abused or off road raced.
BTR
Performance will not be held liable for any subsequent damage due to the
failure of our products. Nor will BTR Performance be held liable to
warranty its products due to the failure of any other product that is
installed on the same vehicle. |
