A must for any GTS Viper
that bolts on ANY of our products, as your car's added power
will now enable you to exceed the elapsed times required for a
rollover protection device as prescribed by the NHRA.
This Roll Bar is designed to BOLT-IN to your Viper GTS with no
modifications. Designed to meet NHRA requirements for
technical inspection it is constructed of .120" wall steel,
mandrell bent, and jig welded for a perfect fit. Take a
look at the pictures, this device looks like Original Equipment
from the factory!
This Roll Bar includes the Side Bar on the drivers side which is
an NHRA requirement for any full bodied car that runs elapsed
times quicker than 11.99 seconds. The side bar is
removable and not installed the bar DOES NOT inhibit entry and
exit from your viper, nor does it inhibit seat travel.
Because of its design, our roll bar incorporates the highest
quality 5 way 3" restraint systems for both the driver and
passenger. This is also an NHRA
requirement for a full bodied car running quicker than 11.99
seconds. These restraint systems use the state of the art
"cam lock" quick release aircraft style fastening
mechanism.
The bars ship unpainted to prevent the need for touch up due to
shipping and handling. Your choice of seat belt colors are
Black, Red, Blue, and Yellow. Detailed installation instructions
are included and of course, this device can be installed by the
do-it-yourselfer in a few hours.
